Bob has over 20 years of experience as an insurance agent, financial planner, accountant and analyst. He joined Machon Insurance in 1986.
Prior to joining Machon Insurance, Bob was a Financial Analyst with Universal Development, LLP, where he was responsible for analyzing purchase and sales prices for real estate development property and the carrying cost of land. He also worked with partnerships holding development property, preparing tax returns, year-end financial statements as well as budgets and forecasts. Prior to joining Universal Development, LLP in 1985, Bob was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Warady & Davis, LLP.
In 1986, Bob received the Blue Ribbon Sales Award from Aetna Insurance Company after completing their Casualty & Surety Home Office Sales Training Class. He is licensed to sell property, casualty, life and health insurance.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Bob serves on the finance committee and youth staff of Three Lakes Evangelical Free Church.
